Tadpole Designs; products purchased via this website may be returned if the stock is faulty providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods either by email to sales@tadpoledesigns.com.au or in writing to PO Box 570, Eltham VIC 3095.
Please return the damaged stock within 28 days of receipt to PO Box 570, Eltham VIC 3095. We will refund the purchase price in full or replace the stock.

DELIVERY
Delivery in Australia is by Australia Post. Items in stock will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment where the stock is not available you will be notified of this by Tadpole Designs as soon as possible. Delivery takes between 1 and 14 working days, Australia wide.

No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control, however, these are rare and you will be advised of any anticipated delays.

If ordering outside Australia, please contact us by email for additional postage costs to be included with payment.
